The location near a public park is excellent, but carrying luggage without an elevator was a hassle.

No elevator — tough for families with luggage!!! The bathroom is cramped, and water pipes are overly loud during use. Some items in the room like the desk chair felt precarious and the TV remote hardly functioned!!! Improvements lots ahead!!!

However, the absence of an elevator proved to be a hassle, especially with heavy luggage. The bathroom felt cramped, and showering produced annoying loud pipe noises. The location was good, close to various amenities, but traffic noise from outside was quite distracting.
